Owls

Owls children, aged 2-3 years, are provided with many opportunities to develop their emerging social skills, emotional literacy and physical skills whilst in the care of experienced, enthusiastic and committed practitioners. They also enjoy a varied curriculum which encompasses music, dance, PE, forest school, cooking, and creative fine motor development lessons with specialist teachers.

Parents of Owls children are invited to join stay and play sessions incorporating maths and literacy workshops and native language week.

12:00 Lunch time - will it be a delicious curry or yummy bolognese?
12:30 Phew! Time for a rest. After a nap, there is time for child-led learning and transitional free-play with our many interesting resources and equipment.
14:30 Snack time
15:00 Outdoor play or a buggy & toddler walk around the grounds/forest school
16:00 Afternoon tea - will it be vegetable tagine, chilli con carne or everyone’s favourite: fish fingers!
16:30-18:00 Home time. The children enjoy more indoor/outdoor free play whilst they wait for home time. Wherever possible, your child’s key person will provide an in-person handover and let you know what they have been up to.
