We are looking for a caring and empathetic Assistant Head Pastoral (Senior) who combines a strong pastoral background with proven leadership experience and exceptional communication skills. Candidates will have experience in pastoral leadership combined with teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role is accountable for pastoral provision for Years 9 to 11 and holds a senior position within the school.
