Missing - Two Bears! Oh no! The Nursery children were distraught to find that both Ben Bear and Oscar Bear had gone missing!
Our U10 ‘a’ netball team took part in the St George’s School annual netball tournament recently with nine teams competing in a round robin event.
All of our pupils agree that caring for our environment is very important and because of this we have signed up to become an 'Eco School' - our goal is to be awarded the 'Green Flag for Eco Schools'.
We were lucky enough to welcome Jonathan Lord MP to Hoe Bridge this week where he spent the morning touring the school, presenting two assemblies and talking to both our children and staff.
Year 2 had a wonderful morning in the Hideout gathering round the camp fire and toasting marshmallows to keep warm - it was a cold day so they were very grateful for their hats and gloves!
On Friday we celebrated the most famous Scottish poet, Robert Burns, with our traditional Burns lunch.
All our Year 4 girls had an exciting afternoon recently as they took part in the Cranleigh School Hockey Festival.
Our Nursery children were thrilled recently to have an invitation to Cinderella’s Ball at Hoe Bridge Palace.
Our Toddlers’ Teas on Monday welcomed 12 toddlers with their mums and grandmas to a session of calm and relaxation.
It has been a very successful time for our musicians with a huge number of children coming up in assembly to receive their ABRSM Music and Theory certificates - well done everyone!
