Girls Under 11 IAPS Regional Hockey Tournament Success!

On Wednesday, our U11 Girls took part in the South Regional section of the IAPS competition in which 118 Schools from across the country take part .

Our girls played superbly without losing a match. They won their section after playing the following games: Crossfields - Hoe Bridge won 3 - 0, Highfield - Hoe Bridge won 1 - 0, Eagle House - Hoe Bridge drew 0 - 0, Milton Keynes Prep - Hoe Bridge won 2 - 0, Alleyn’s - Hoe Bridge won 3 - 1. The Hoe Bridge girls then went on to play Bedford Girls in the semi-final where they won 1 - 0 and the final was against Brandeston Hall which they won 2 - 0. This made our girls winners and ranked South 1 in the National Finals which will be played on Friday 18th November 2011, at Bishops Stortford College, against the top 16 schools in the country.
