West Surrey Prep Schools Girls Athletics

 Due to torrential rain on Thursday 16 June, the girls event was postponed until Monday 20 June. Hoe Bridge had 5 girls that went to compete in the U12 events. The results were as follows:

Tumi Araga finished 10^th in the Long Jump

Kathryn Beach finished 9^th in the High Jump

Anna Maine finished 3^rd in the 800m

Pollyanna Wright finished 4^th in the 800m

Anna Maine finished 6^th in the 70m Hurdles

Anna Maine finished 6^th in the Shot Putt

The team finished 3^rd in the Relay

The result of the day for Hoe Bridge was Rebecca Dore competing in the shot putt. She performed fantastically well and threw 6m 78 to win the Shot Putt event and therefore qualified for the National Finals in Birmingham on Monday 4 July. We would like to wish her the very best of luck!
