Art

We believe children respond artistically to the world around in their own unique way. The aim of the Art department is to foster the innate creativity and encourage pupils to express their individuality in visible and tangible form.

All work with a wide range of media, both 2D and 3D in a well equipped, light and airy art room. Visits to exhibitions and galleries help in broadening their knowledge of the work of other artists.

Hobbies sessions enable children to work on their own projects and areas of particular interest while gifted artists are put forward as candidates for Art scholarships to their senior schools.
